Be Pain-Free and Well Adjusted

Put an end to chronic pain and inflammation.

Be able to move pain-free through your days with ease, effortlessness and freedom–just like the tree grows upright to the sky.

I think it’s important to remember that 'pain-free' is possible.

So many people don’t know that and they live in some form of moderate or severe pain. Patients come to me in that state when they’re really hurting and a lot of times, as I dig in their case history, they talk about how they’re overusing acetaminophen or ibuprofen to just get by and live.

When I think about the research and how thousands of people die, they stroke out and literally die every year from overuse of NSAIDs [Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug, of which aspirin is the archetype], it to me is just not the best way of life. There’s a better way.

Through chiropractic where treatments are only about five minutes long, it’s amazing that in a few months most people on a short series of care move from severe pain into mild, if not, completely pain-free.

I sometimes have people drop off right when they’re at just mild amounts of pain and I’ve asked them why do they do that. And they say, “I’m just so used to living in pain, Dr. Ramah, that, you know, it’s okay with me to have a mild amount of pain.” And that doesn’t have to be.

You can reach a level, most people do–if they stick with it. And many people opt for maintenance care which is like a preventive sort of maintenance program anywhere from two to six weeks where they come in and they get adjusted and they maintain that pain-free and optimal health.
